1) Is buying the CD safe through your website ?
As we are a small business in Music Business terms we felt it was necessary to use reputable companies to ensure that ALL transactions were properly secure. We use www.CDBaby.com for transactions as we have found these to be highly secure in processing your credit card purchases and highly efficient at sending your CD to you whilst keeping you fully informed by email.
2) I feel uncomfortable using my credit card Online. Can I still buy the album ?
Yes, we have a contact number for both companies for you to place your order by telephone , fax , or you can even snail mail your order to us and we will ensure that you get the CD.
3) I don't have a credit card. How do I order your CD without one ?
Tell us your preferred method of payment, cheque, money order, Banker's draft, or even cash and we will ensure that you get the product you want. It may take a little while longer to process, but you will get the CD.
4) When will my CD arrive ?
We use www.CDBaby.com and www.Atanata.com and their delivery times state a two weeks maximum .
5) How much does it cost to ship the CD ?
This will depend on the destination. All shipping fees are clearly stated on the CDBaby.com website
6) What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail ?
We will replace it at no further charge to you.
7) My question doesn't appear on this page?
E mail me and I WILL get you the answer you need.
